A MEMS IR based gas sensor exceeds market need for compact miniaturized gas sensor that able to detect and estimate the concentration of wide range of gasses in a lot of applications. In this project we are focusing on two main applications 1. Environmental sensing: detection of air quality and early detection for fire in hotels, public places and detection of toxin gasses in militaries application. 2. Breath analysis: Accurate detection of specific VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in exhaled breath, known as biomarkers, provides essential information for diagnosis of specific diseases.
